Stuffed pepeprs with quinoa and bulgur



250g Mix of quinoa Familex

150g Bulgur  Familex

2 big red peppers

2 tbsp Sunflower oil Familex

75g parmesan

salt and black pepper at taste




  1. Cook the quinoa and the bulgur acording to the instructions;
  2. Pre-heat the oven at 200°C. Coat the tray with oil;
  3. Cut the peppers in halfs, remove the seeds, if it's necessary. Sprinkle with oil;
  4. Fill them with already mixed peppers in half, put on top parmesan;
  5. Bake for about 40-50 minuts or until the peppers are soft.
